Hilary Shepard (born Hilary Shapiro on December 10, 1959, in New York City) is a versatile American actress and singer of Eastern European Jewish heritage. She launched her career in the mid-1980s as co-lead singer and percussionist in the all-female band American Girls on IRS Records, before transitioning to acting with early film roles in Summer Lovers (1982) and Weekend Pass (1984). Best known for voicing the villainous pirate queen Divatox in Power Rangers Turbo (1997) and Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie, she…
